Web Site Design and Hosting Proposal

South African Government Schools amid COVID-19

Our goal is to ensure you, the school & governing bodies, are delighted with our service. One way we accomplish this is by making sure both parties have a clear understanding of what is to be expected.

This proposal outlines the website that will be designed, the timeline for completing the website and the project quote.

Description of Work

The purpose of this “School Online Portal” is to create a platform for all the students of the school to access worksheets, assignments and learning material for Remote Learning during this COVID-19 pandemic. Students and/or parents will be able to download learning materials provided by their teachers and upload the completed worksheets, as requested by the teachers.

This will be achieved with the work as outlined below:

  • Personal one-on-one training for admin staff to learn how to use the CMS system to make changes to the site
  • Written instructions for using the CMS

The following is a list of materials needed in order to start the project:

  • A detailed strategy on what you like the website to look like and perform (navigation, layout, color scheme, etc.)
  • High resolution logo
